Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how customers can cancel purchase options such as one-time orders, recurring purchases, subscriptions, or pre-scheduled deliveries.

One-Time Purchases

One-time orders can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your order enters processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return within 30 days according to our Return Policy.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately at sales.us@peleman.com with your order number.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases

If you are subscribed to a recurring purchase or automated delivery:

  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing date.
  • If the next payment has already been processed, the upcoming shipment cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not refund previous charges or shipments.

You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us at sales.us@peleman.com.

Preorders or Backordered Items

Preorders and backordered items can be cancelled before the item ships.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but may be returned within 30 days according to our Return Policy.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom-made items and personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

These items are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.

Changes to Orders

If you want to modify your order, including color, quantity, or shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered processing.

Our Right to Cancel Orders

Peleman USA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Shipping restrictions

If an order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
