Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Tracking may take 24 hours to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Peleman USA is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Damage that occurs while the package is in transit

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at sales.us@peleman.com within 2 business days so we can assist you.

For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Terms

All shipments are F.O.B. 11820 Wills Road, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
This means ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the buyer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Peleman USA is not responsible for non-delivery
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
